Sir Parker was born in Los Angeles, California on October 31, 1977. He is known as being a former running back. Childhood was unfair with Sirr. His mother got into alcoholism and drug abuse and in the end abandoned Sirr and his infant brother Donyea.
The two brothers have been raised by their grandmother. Disease and old age have not forgiven this good woman. After her death, Sirr Parker had to take care of his younger brother even if he was a high school student at the same time.
In those years, Sirr pushed himself to the extremes from all points of view: he became Los Angeles Times’ best player, 1st team all-state and second team All American pick by USA Today and all this while his marks where remaining high in the same time while he was taking care of his brother, Donyea.
During College Sirr Parker was remarked for his speed and play-making ability. In 1999 Sirr entered in the professional league by signing as an undrafted free agent for the San Diego Chargers but later on that year he was released and he signed for the Carolina Panthers. Due to a lingering hamstring injury he was not able to play and was once again placed on the inactive list and later on waived.
He went to the Cincinnati Bengals where he was put to play on a different position and so he spent most of his time trying to adjust to this change, not playing very much. And so, he was released from the team before the start of the next season. He then proceeded to play in the CFL for the British Columbia Lions prior to the 2001 season, but was released before the start of the season.
He signed as a free agent with the Calgary Stampeders the following year and was once again released. After a series of other teams in the AFL and semi-pro leagues, his career ended with a second all-time high in Minor League Football history due to his 1,943 total yards gained during the 2006 season.
